Your Photos Needed for the Digital Pictorial Directory!

DirectoryWe are updating our digital Pictorial Directory for St. Andrew’s using Instant Church Directory and would like to have your photo by February 11. The directory is now up and running and can be viewed on mobile devices and the website.  With enough photos we will be able to create a printable version for those that wish.

Instant Church Directory is a simple-to-use (and easily updated) smartphone and website app.

Please don’t send your photos to the office: all members (with email) have been sent an email with instructions on how to upload your file. If you require the instructions on submitting your photo be be re-sent to you, please let Kimberly Rathburn know at We have prepared this photo upload tutorial  to help explain how to submit your photo. Because the directory will be digital, photos and contact information can be changed if desired.

This site is password-protected so your privacy is assured. The only people with access to the directory are members of the church and other active parishioners who have been approved by the Parish Administrator.

Here’s how to use the directory in a few simple steps:

  1. Go to
  2. Click on “Member Sign In” in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Once you give your email address (which Instant church Directory already has, linked to the St. Andrew’s directory), you will set up your own password. You’re now on!
  4. If you have a smartphone, you can then download the Instant Church Directory If you prefer, you can skip steps 1-3 and register via the smartphone app.

If you would like assistance with either accessing the app or website, or uploading your photo, you can bring your laptop (or tablet or phone) to church on Sundays, January 28 and Feb. 4 or 11, and Felicia Cole or Tim Fleming will be available to give some assistance.

Please be sure to submit your photo as soon as possible. This is an important community-building tool, so join us in helping everyone get connected through this new directory.
