Sacred music has always been central to the Episcopal tradition. For many people, a worship service is incomplete without the sound of the choir and congregation joyfully singing a hymn together.

The Episcopal church has a rich history of music, and we pull from many different sources to enrich our worship, including the 1982 Hymnal, Lift Every Voice and Sing, taizé, and both modern and classical collections of choral anthems and solos.
